The pattern can't run
if the context is gone.

At home, the pattern has furniture. It has your commute, your inbox, the way you hold your face in meetings. It has a thousand small anchors keeping it in place.

On open water, those anchors dissolve. There's no room to perform when there's no room that requires it. No Wi-Fi to hide behind. No roles to maintain. Just the work, the water, and space you can't replicate in a therapy office or a weekend workshop.

The ocean doesn't care about your title, your origin story, or how well you've been managing. It just holds you. That's the container.

Constellation work and NLP
on sea days.

The facilitation happens on sea days — when the ship is on open water with nowhere to be and nothing to perform for. These are private, small-group sessions using the Put It Down Method: systemic constellation work and NLP that completes the patterns insight alone never could.

Port days are yours. Go ashore, explore, sit by the pool, eat at any of the 20+ included restaurants. The ship is the retreat center. The Caribbean is the backdrop. The work happens in the space between.

This is not a cruise with a workshop bolted on. This is completion work in a container that makes it impossible to keep running the pattern.

Five days. Two rhythms.

Day 1
Board in Miami. Opening circle.
We gather as a group for the first time. Introductions, intentions, and a reading of what each person is carrying into this container. The ship sails at 5 PM.
Day 2
Sea day. Deep work.
Full facilitation day. Constellation work and NLP in private group session. This is where the pattern gets seen, named, and moved. The ocean holds the rest.
Day 3
Port day. Integration.
Go ashore. Walk. Eat. Sit with what surfaced yesterday. The body needs time to catch up to what the system just released. No agenda. No sessions.
Day 4
Sea day. Completion.
Second facilitation day. We return to what was opened and finish it. This is the session where the pattern completes — not just seen, not just understood. Done.
Day 5
Closing circle. Disembark Miami.
We close the container together. What you're taking home. What you're leaving on the water. Integration guidance for the 90 days ahead.

People who've done the work
but the pattern keeps cycling.

You've been to therapy. You've read the books. You understand the pattern intellectually. And it's still running.

That's not a failure of effort. It's a mismatch of tool. The pattern you're carrying is older than your insight about it. It's systemic — it lives in the body, in the relational field, in the way you organize yourself before you've even thought about it. It needs a different kind of ending.

If you've done a Reveal or Break with me, this is the immersive version. If you haven't worked with me before, the monthly workshop or a Cliff diagnostic is the place to start.

Resilient Lady.
Virgin Voyages.

Adults only. No kids anywhere on the ship. 20+ restaurants, all included. No formal nights, no assigned seating, no performance required. A thermal spa, rooftop deck, and the kind of quiet that only happens when everyone around you is also choosing to be there.

Sol Maya itinerary. 5 nights roundtrip from Miami with a Caribbean port call. The ship is the retreat center — not a venue we're borrowing, but the actual container for the work.

Two costs. One container.

The facilitation fee covers all group sessions, opening and closing circles, and 90 days of post-retreat integration support. The cabin is booked separately through me at group rates.

What you're wondering.

How many people?
Small group. The work doesn't scale past intimacy. Exact cap depends on the space we secure on board, but think 8–12 people, not 40.
Do I need to have worked with you before?
Not required, but recommended. If you haven't, start with the free monthly workshop or a Cliff diagnostic so you have context for the method. The retreat assumes familiarity with systemic work.
Can I bring my partner?
Your partner is welcome on the ship but not in the facilitation sessions unless they're also doing the work. The cabin is yours. The sessions are for participants only.
What happens on port days?
Whatever you want. Go ashore, explore, eat, sit by the pool. Port days are integration days. The body needs space to catch up to what the system released. No agenda.
Is this therapy?
No. This is systemic completion coaching rooted in constellation work and NLP. It complements therapy but is not a substitute. If you're in active crisis, this isn't the right container.
What's included in the cabin fare?
All dining at 20+ restaurants, WiFi, group fitness, basic beverages, tips, and entertainment. Virgin Voyages includes more than any other cruise line by default. The only extras are alcohol, spa treatments, and shore excursions.
What if I've never been on a cruise?
Virgin Voyages was built for people who say that. No buffets. No bingo. No formal nights. It's a floating boutique hotel with the ocean outside your window. The ship doesn't feel like a cruise. It feels like away.

The pattern made sense once.
It just never got an ending.

You've done the therapy. Read the books. Built the self-awareness. And you're still choosing the same pattern in a different outfit.

90 minutes. Live. With a real demonstration of systemic constellation work. No replay for those who don't attend live.

You know yourself.
That's the problem.

You can name the pattern in your sleep. The relationship that repeats. The override that kicks in right when you start to see clearly. The thing you swore you'd never do again that you're doing again.

You're not lacking insight. You're not broken. You're faithful — to something older than you are, something your system inherited before you had language for it. And no amount of self-awareness is going to complete something that isn't yours to understand.

This workshop is for people who are tired of being the smartest person in the room and the most stuck.

I spent years being the most self-aware person in every room I walked into. I could name the pattern, explain the pattern, and choose the pattern anyway. It wasn't until I learned that the pattern wasn't mine — it was inherited — that anything actually shifted.

Trish Calhoun · Systemic Completion Coach

Three patterns that keep
smart people stuck.

In this workshop, I'll walk you through three pattern signatures that show up when you're running an inherited loyalty loop. You won't just learn about them. You'll recognize yourself in them.

01
The Repeat

You keep choosing the same dynamic in different packaging. Different partner, same feeling. Different job, same ceiling. You've renamed this pattern so many times you think it's just who you are.

02
The Override

You see the red flag. You feel the contraction. And then you talk yourself out of your own knowing. The loyalty is louder than the awareness. This is the one that makes smart people feel like they're losing their minds.

03
The Tax

Everything works but it costs too much. The relationship is good but you're exhausted. The career is successful but you're performing. You're paying a performance tax on something that should be lighter, and you can't figure out where the bill is coming from.

This isn't a webinar.
There's no pitch deck.

It's a room full of smart people and one honest conversation about what's actually in the way. You'll watch a live demonstration of systemic constellation work — and most people in the room will feel something shift even though they're not the one on the floor. That's how this work operates.

  • Personal story — how I found this work by living the pattern first
  • The three pattern signatures — named so precisely you'll feel caught
  • A live micro-constellation with a volunteer from the room
  • Why the pattern isn't a flaw — it's a loyalty that never got an ending
  • Where to go next if something lands (no countdown timers, no pressure)
  • Open Q&A — ask whatever you want

"You've been hauling something invisible your whole life and calling it personality. I help you put it down."

Trish Calhoun · The Put It Down Method

Most approaches work on you. This works on what you're carrying — and what you're carrying is usually older than you are. Not your fault. Not your failure. Just an incomplete sentence your system has been trying to finish.

Completion isn't healing. It isn't more awareness. It's giving the pattern the ending it never got so you can stop performing it.

The pattern made sense once.
Let's give it an ending.

Save your seat. Show up live. See if what you've been calling personality is actually a loyalty you can put down.

Trish Calhoun

Systemic Completion Coach. Founder of Transcendigo. Eight years Army Signal Corps, fifteen years enterprise transformation, five years training in systemic constellation work and NLP with Michael Spayd at The Collective Edge. ICF credentialed.

I didn't find this work in a textbook. I found it by being the most self-aware person in the room who kept choosing the unavailable partner anyway. The pattern wasn't a character flaw. It was an inherited loyalty. When I completed it, everything changed — not because I tried harder, but because I finally put down something that was never mine to carry.

Now I help other people do the same. The method sits at the intersection of systemic constellation work and NLP — it makes the invisible visible, and gives it an ending.

You have a client
this is for.

The one who's done real work with you and still cycles back to the same pattern. Not because your work didn't land. Because what's driving it is older than they are, and it's not something insight alone can complete.

This workshop is a place to send them. It's also a place to come yourself — most of the practitioners who refer to me started by sitting in a room and watching someone else's constellation shift something in them.

Send them the link. Or come see for yourself.
