By accessing the Site or registering for workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Put It Down Method provides:
Educational workshops for role completion work
Online resources and self-assessments
Email communications about workshops and offerings
What we are NOT:
We are not therapists, psychologists, or licensed mental health professionals
We do not provide therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition
We do not provide crisis intervention services
3. Participant Eligibility
Workshops are for individuals who:
Are 18 years or older
Can self-regulate emotions without facilitator intervention
Are not in acute mental health crisis
Understand this is not therapy or medical treatment
We reserve the right to decline participation if we determine the workshop is not appropriate for you.
4. Workshop Registration and Payment
Registration:
All registrations require completion of application form
Acceptance is at facilitator's discretion
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received
Payment:
All payments processed securely via Eventbrite or Stripe
Prices listed are in US dollars
Payment is required in full at time of registration
Refunds and Cancellations:

Generally: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before workshop
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before workshop
5. Participant Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information in registration and application
Attend on time and participate fully
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
Respect the structure and boundaries of the workshop
Take responsibility for your own emotional wellbeing
You agree NOT to:
Record (audio or video) any portion of workshops without written permission
Share other participants' personal information or stories
Disrupt the workshop or other participants
Seek or provide therapy, advice, or crisis support to other participants
6. Confidentiality
What we keep confidential:
Your personal information (name, email, application responses)
Your participation in workshops
Anything you share during workshops
Exceptions:
If required by law (subpoena, court order)
If we believe there is imminent risk of harm to self or others
If you provide written consent to share information
Group confidentiality:
We require all participants to maintain confidentiality
However, we cannot guarantee other participants will honor this
By attending, you understand and accept this risk
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

PUT IT DOWN WORKSHOPS ARE NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. THEY ARE EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENTIAL IN NATURE.

No Warranties:

That workshops will meet your expectations
That the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted

Lost profits or business interruption
Any damages arising from your participation
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING OUR SERVICES.

You are voluntarily choosing to participate
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after workshops
You have been advised to consult with healthcare providers if you have concerns

Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

The name, process, and structure are proprietary
You may not facilitate workshops using this method without certification and license
Your content:
You retain ownership of anything you write or share during workshops
By participating, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples for marketing/educational purposes
